‘We have just organised a gala dinner on board the beautiful Silver Sturgeon, on the Thames for a prestigious client. The team on board were brilliant from start to finish. We needed some AV gear to really make the occasion a success. Being an AV production company ourselves, I contemplated taking the kit on board and doing it ourselves rather than give the work to their preferred supplier – but we were so busy that week that I relented and took Julija’s advice. This introduced us to Lloyd and his team from LC AV, and I’m thrilled. From the first, they understood what we wanted and made us feel at ease by their responses that they could be trusted. It’s always difficult when you put your reputation in the hands of others and take a risk with the unknown – but I needn’t have worried. The kit did the job perfectly and Lloyd and his team were on hand on the day to make sure everything went without a hitch. Our ethos is to work with trusted partners and we’ve certainly found one in LCAV – my Production Manager approached me and simply said – he’s spot on that chap – and he was right Thanks LCAV – this is the start of a long term relationship, we’ll have no hesitation in working with you again where ever we need you and recommending you to others. We have worked with Lloyd for over a year now and he has provided AV for several itsu events in this time. He is an absolute pleasure to work with in that he is flexible, professional and great fun, we cannot see ourselves working with anyone else anymore!
